What is your return and exchange policy?

Please note: All items are strictly non-refundable.

Exchanges are available if you notify us within 2 working days of receiving the product. 

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, and we want to ensure you love what you order. To help you find your perfect fit, we offer a range of sizes. Be sure to check out our Size Guide for detailed measurements and choose the best size for you.

Where is my order?

After confirming your purchase and payment, we aim to deliver your order within 5 working days, including Saturdays. 

We will send you a tracking number along with a confirmation/receipt of your purchase, so you can easily follow your item’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

Do you offer bespoke services?

Unfortunately, we do not accept custom or bespoke design orders. However, we offer a selection of ready-to-wear pieces from our regularly updated collections to keep you on trend. 

If you're looking for something specific, we can certainly try our best to source it for you, though we cannot guarantee availability. Please get in contact if you are looking for custom matching orders and multiple quantities, we will be happy to help.

How do I care for my waistcoats?

Whether you're caring for an embroidered or a classic plain waistcoat, proper maintenance is essential to keep them looking their best and ensure their longevity. Here are some useful tips on how to clean your waistcoats:

  • For minor stains, gently dab the affected area with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid rubbing, as this can damage both the fabric and embroidery.
  • Most Indian waistcoats, especially those with intricate embroidery or delicate fabrics, should be professionally dry-cleaned. Be sure to inform your dry cleaner about any specific stains or delicate areas.
  • Avoid using a dryer. Instead, lay your waistcoat flat on a clean towel and reshape it as it dries. Hanging it may stretch the fabric and distort its shape.
