Returns & Exchange Policy

At House of Satya, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into each order. Please note the following:

Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only. If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify us within 2 working days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• The customer is responsible for any postage costs related to the exchange.
