1. Free Shipping Within the United Kingdom
We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. The cost of shipping is included in the price of the product.
This offer applies to all products sold through our website.
2. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 5 business days of placing your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the size of your order or unforeseen delays with third-party couriers.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
4. Delivery Locations
We currently only offer delivery within the United Kingdom. We are unable to process orders for delivery to international destinations at this time.
We deliver to most UK addresses, including residential and business addresses. If your address is located in a remote or hard-to-reach area, delivery may take longer.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.

If you are unavailable to receive your order, the courier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for arranging a redelivery or collecting the package from a local depot.
Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details.
